Law Office of Charles P. Kersch
Tax, Business,
and Estate Planning Specialist
My practice focuses on taxation with a special emphasis on tax controversy work.
I routinely represent clients in civil and criminal matters stemming from examinations conducted by the IRS, state of Colorado and local governments. I have represented numerous clients before the U.S. Tax Court, United States District Court, and state courts.
My practice also involves estate planning, asset protection planning and tax planning, which requires a detailed understanding of business tax planning—entity formation, acquisitions, reorganizations and dispositions—as well as various aspects of individual tax planning.
